Free Intimate Threads Pattern- Quick and Easy Infinity Cowl

Happy Thanksgiving to those of you in the United States!

I made this cowl in less than an hour using a skein of Loops & Threads Charisma yarn and a 9.00 mm (M) hook.  I was able to get two infinity cowls from one skein of yarn, so this is a great pattern when you need a last minute, but handmade gift item.

The pattern is available for free in my Ravelry store!  <a href="http://www.ravelry.com/dls/intimate-threads-designs/305526?filename=">download now</a>

Raccoon Lovey

Another awesome test pattern from Spider Mambo Designs.  The pattern will soon be available on Ravelry.  This flat raccoon is versatile and can be made in zombie or roadkill versions, if you please.  :)  I think my button eye choice makes him look a bit like a lemur.

I wish all of my US visitors a very Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow!

Little Hats, Big Hearts

I made five baby beanies to donate to the American Heart Association's Little Hats, Big Hearts campaign.  These hats are donated to local hospitals to raise awareness about heart disease and congenital heart defects.

If you like to crochet or knit and are willing to donate a couple hats, please check out the above link and look for specific information about how to help where you live.

Fox Cowl

I combined two patterns to create this cowl, requested and modeled by the lovely Emilee.  Both patterns are from The Velvet Acorn and you can see her designs by clicking here.

This cowl was requested and is modeled by the lovely Emilee.  It was made using three colors of super bulky (size 6, 14 ply) yarn.

Stacking Skulls Santa Hat

This is a test pattern I completed for Spider Mambo Designs.  I love this twist on a traditional Santa hat.  I used small amounts of Red Heart Super Saver in red and white.

Quick and Easy Baby Lovey

I used a hair elastic and a store bought baby to make this quick and easy baby lovey.  I used Red Heart yarn in a new (to me at least) color- Butterfly.  I love the colors in this yarn and will definitely be trying some other projects with it.

Flower Sprite

I have been wanting to make this flower sprite for a while for a dear friend.  I am so excited to send it out.  This designer's patterns are really great and I highly recommend them.  You can find this pattern here.
