I found this pattern on Ravelry. This uses a G (4.0 mm) hook and worsted weight yarn. I used just over 2 ounces of Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable in Stained Glass. The pattern is easy to work up and goes quickly. I love the swirl of the hat.
Great pattern!

Newest Pattern in Progress- Sneak peek
I have been working on some skirt patterns. This most recent version is my Nina Fall Ombre Mini Skirt. It is made with strategically placed increases and decreases to show off the body's natural curves.
Pattern will be open for testing soon. Let me know if you are interested in giving this a try. I hope to have this pattern available in plus sizes, too.

Get My Most Recent Pattern FREE This Weekend!
I recently offered my crochet pattern to make a custom-sized c2c halter on Ravelry. In order to celebrate the holiday, this weekend (through the end of the day Monday, September 7th), you can get my Corner 2 Corner Halter Top Recipe Pattern for Free!
This recipe pattern allows you to create a halter in almost any size (child or adult) using the popular Corner 2 Corner Blanket pattern and a size G (4.0 mm) hook. The sample pictured above is a women's size x-small/small. I made it using Lily Sugar n' Cream worsted weight (10 ply) crochet cotton. This size used 2.2 ounces of yarn.
The halter top ties in the back and around the neck using chained crochet ties.
To download the pattern for free, please follow this link: http://www.ravelry.com/redeem/intimate-threads-designs?code=LABORDAYHALTER
If you would like to see more of my patterns, please click here. Please share this link with your friends. Remember, this offer expires on September 7th, so do not delay!

SHARK ATTACK!
I love this free pattern from Repeatcrafterme.com. You can find the pattern on Ravelry here.
The shawl my mannequin happened to be wearing mimicked the flowing blood from the shark's bite perfectly. Thanks to my 14 year old for noticing and pointing that out. :)
This pattern uses a small amount of ww yarn in various colors. I also used the H hook to complete the entire hat. Instead of the eyes referenced in the pattern, I used safety eyes stuck through a round of hdcs. The shark's fin is stuffed with a small amount of Fiberfill.
I made this as a surprise and I hope the recipient likes it!
